Energizing Exercise Class
A gentle, energizing seated or standing workout that combines all the benefits of muscular strengthening, range of motion, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and co-ordination.
General Information
- This class will utilize free weights, resistance bands and balls which will provide a vitalizing workout.
- A fun social class using upbeat classic music from the forties to the seventies guaranteed to keep you moving in your seat or on or feet! All equipment provided.
- Classes take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Class takes place at the Saybrook Point Pavilion.
