Energizing Exercise Class
A gentle, energizing seated or standing workout that combines all the benefits of muscular strengthening, range of motion, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and co-ordination. This class will utilize free weights, resistance bands and balls which will provide a vitalizing workout. A fun social class using upbeat classic music from the forties to the seventies guaranteed to keep you moving in your seat or on or feet! All equipment provided. Classes take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Class takes place at the Saybrook Point Pavilion. Instructor Marie Halb
