General Inforamtion
  • You can choose this option if your child does not plan to attend “The Rec” on Friday nights.
  • Please enclose a check with this form for $5.00 and your child can attend “The Rec” Monday – Thursday from 2:30pm-5:30pm for the entire ’10-’11 school year.
  • Your child may still attend Friday nights with this membership however they will have to pay $5.00 each Friday night that they attend.
