Conditioning Class
This class should improve any athlete's abilities in the sport of their choice.
General Information
- Class will emphasize flexibility, lateral movement and short sprints.
- Discipline and hard work are required.
- Available to grades 3 through 6 and will have seven sessions beginning February 27th.
- Program will run on Saturday mornings from 10:15 to 12:00 at the recreation center.
- Taught By OSYFAL Coaches. ( No sneakers that will mark the floor are allowed)
