Conditioning Class

This class should improve any athlete's abilities in the sport of their choice.

General Information
  • Class will emphasize flexibility, lateral movement and short sprints.
  • Discipline and hard work are required.
  • Available to grades 3 through 6 and will have seven sessions beginning February 27th.
  • Program will run on Saturday mornings from 10:15 to 12:00 at the recreation center.
  • Taught By OSYFAL Coaches. ( No sneakers that will mark the floor are allowed)
