Listen to your body with Yoga. A balance for Body, Mind, & Spirit.  Classes include a variety of Postures and Exercises in a the Classical style with a Meditative focus.  Also included are Breathing Awareness, Stretching, Postures, Relaxation Techniques, Guided Meditation, Deep Relaxation, & More.  We will be Slowing down the Body and Quieting the Mind.  Yoga is Calming, Refreshing, Centering, Uplifting, giving Better Health, Energy, Focus, & Flexibility. All are welcome.  For everyone to do at your own level- your body is the teacher.  Class Teacher: Barbara DeSapio, CYT    Practitioner since 1971….Teaching in CT Since 1997. Teacher donating time to help families with future P & R classes.
