New Fitness programing at OSPR is taught by NASM certified personal trainer and ACE certified group fitness instructor Marie Mozzi of Get Real with Marie. A 50 minute workout provides you with intervals of cardio and resistance giving you an overall boot camp, body workout. Bring your body and the rest is provided. Workout will include resistance bands, body weight exercises, and cardio exercises. Fitness professional Marie Mozzi provides you with the elements necessary for that "beach body” workout! A challenge & fun way to get your workout in. Remember, variation in your workout is key! (All levels welcome. Modifications made.)
