Sport Conditioning Camp

A one week introduction to athletic conditioning that will focus on all important facets of functional strength, speed, agility and coordination. We will focus on learning HOW to be more “ATHLETIC” by learning and applying movement patterns within developmentally appropriate drills and games. Each session will incorporate a wide range of movement patterns that will help with the kids overall strength, coordination and mental focus, while at the same time they will have FUN. The goal is to ensure that young athletes achieve Long Term Athletic Development in a Fun and Safe environment.


Camp Instructor Breck Lindley
  • Breck holds two certifications from the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), in Youth Fitness and Conditioning and Speed and Agility Specialist.
  • She is presently working toward her Level 2 IYCA Fitness Certification.
  • Breck is also a certified Mad Dogg spin Instructor.
  • Through her own personal experiences (both the ups and the downs), Breck knows what it takes to be a successful athlete. She understands the importance of progressing from 1) exposing kids to athletic movement and having fun playing games to 2) proper conditioning and training for younger athletes to 3) applying those fundamental movements to sport-specific training for older athletes.
