phys ed
Join in a fun hour long program with a focus on having fun, being active and getting outside!!  This class will have your child running, leaping and moving around.  We will take all the best parts of Physical Education and blend it to create a great time!!

Program Notes
Each session will focus on the fitness basics of Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed (ABCs). We will use games, relay’s, obstacle adventures, and drills with a focus on high energy and fun. We will be able to incorporate these skills into our overall fitness development, so whether your child is playing sports or just wants to get outside to play, these movements/skills will be transferable on and off the field.
