This OSPR classic will have your child engaged in science and having a great time with their friends as they explore, solids, liquids, gas, slime, magnets and a whole lot more.We offer two age levels of our Silly Science program, pre-K and K-3rd.

Your child will sing along to some of the all time favorite songs while using some cool instruments like bells, drums, triangles, and more to find the rhythm and keep the beat. A great way for your child to learn to hear different sounds while interacting with other children. Class takes place at the Recreation Center.

12:30 PM - 2:30 PM    Sewing with Collen Bell - Emoji Sewing Class
OSPR has teamed up with Colleen Bell to bring two new programs this year to Old Saybrook.  We will be offering a Sewing night out for young adults at Saybrook Point Pavilion and an afterschool Emoji Sewing class.  Both classes will introduce you to sewing with a machine, even if you do not know how.  Colleen will guide you through the basics of sewing and stitching and you will leave with a great new appreciation for sewing and something very nice as well.Our Sewing Night Out participants will complete a beautiful infinity scarf project.
